Shawn Ericson is 3rd generation in his family in the home building and construction industry. He brings a skill set to design and drafting that many home designers do not have. It started by picking up nails and sweeping as a little kid, to building cabinets, trimming, siding, roofing, and becoming a lead carpenter/framer. Using the skills and knowledge from his extensive in field experience, Shawn founded Croix Design & Drafting in 1992. Those experiences have provided unique insight and innovation to the thousands of projects he has worked on since Croix’s inception. His drive for excellence is reflected not only in the satisfaction of individual clients and builders alike, but also shared with the dedicated team at Croix.
